An educational webinar on flow cytometry data analysis and how to overcome the analysis burden without a team of bio-statisticians at your disposal
This video was a webinar titled "Nano-Emulsion Formulation and Characterization Life Science and Industrial Markets" that was presented on May 27, 2020 featuring featuring
Cytobank Bootcamp Session #4 FlowSOM
You will learn how the Vi-CELL BLU automates the entire analysis process – sample aspiration, trypan blue mixing, image analysis and instrument cleaning – to revolutionize the speed, reliability and reproducibility of results, and provides critical information manual cell counting methods simply cannot offer.
Speaker: Uwe Killemann Field Marketing Manager Europe Beckman Coulter Life Sciences
Learn how flow cytometry techniques are being used and how you can apply image and flow cytometry to your own research. Part 2.
In this webinar recording, Dr. Eric Chow from UCSF explains how the ideal protocol requires a low-cost, high-throughput and simple workflow that is compatible with a wide variety of sequencing instruments.
Multi-parametric flow analysis provides tool for dissecting complex cell populations, identifying underlying mechanisms of disease and increasing test efficiencies. Optimal design critical for valid results.
High-throughput reduced-representation sequencing (RRS)-based genotyping methods, such as genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS), have provided attractive genotyping solutions in numerous species. In this webinar, Davoud Torkamaneh, PhD, assistant professor at Université Laval, will discuss NanoGBS, a miniaturized, eco-friendly method for GBS library construction.
This video was part of the annual LSUG Laboratory and Pharma Water Production event on June 23, 2020.

This educational webinar covers various modern automated cell counter technology, common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Includes discussion of the atuomated Trypan Blue cell counting method on the Vi-CELL XR.
A revised version of the USP chapter on Subvisible Particulate Matter USP<1788> became official on 1st May 2021. USP<1788> is meant to expand on the information given in the chapters <787>, <788> and <789> to include for the first time the use of Flow Imaging techniques to provide orthogonal complimentary information to the HIAC high accuracy particle counter used in the compendial Light Obscuration Limit Test.
A revised version of the USP chapter on Total Organic Carbon (TOC) USP<643> was published recently and will become official on 1st May 2021. This paper gives an overview of this new USP chapter and discusses the reasoning behind the difference in the System Suitability Test materials called for in USP<643> and those in the Japanese JP16.
Learning Objectives:
