Identification of Plasmacytoid and Myeloid Dendritic Cells using the DURAClone IM Dendritic cell kit

 

Plasmacytoid and Myeloid Dendritic Cells. Sequential gating strategy to identify plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) and myeloid dendritic cells (mDCs) with CD16+ mDC, Clec9A+ mDC (mDC1) and CD1c+ mDC (mDC2) Subpopulations. The sample was prepared by staining peripheral blood using a DURAClone Dendritic Cell tube following the protocol in the Instructions For Use (IFU) and acquired on a CytoFLEX V-B-R Series Flow Cytometer. An exemplary gating strategy is shown.
