DURAClone IM Dendritic Cell
Dendritic cells (DCs) can be separated in two main subsets, myeloid DCs and plasmacytoid DCs. The DURAClone IM Dendritic Cell panel discriminates leukocyte-lineage positive cells and identifies plasmacytoid dendritic cells and 3 major subsets of myeloid dendritic cells. It utilizes dry reagent technology that confers workflow improvements.
- Panel of 12 markers in fluorochrome combinations that provide robust population identification, including CD1c, CD11c, CD16, CD45, CD123, Clec9A, HLA-DR and lineage exclusion markers CD3, CD14, CD19, CD20, CD56 (referred to as LIN)
- Pre-formulated antibody panel in a unitized assay eliminating antibody cocktailing
- 25 tests per kit including 3 compensation kits with lot matched tandem dyes
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
