Ultracentrifugation: The Optima XPN Preparative Ultracentrifuge enables researchers to process up to 12 samples in one hour or less. The system is easy to setup, requiring only a few, simple manual steps: loading the homogenized sample into a tube, loading and programming the centrifuge, running the centrifuge, and decanting and re-solubilization of the pellet. With low consumable cost and no risk of clogging, the Optima XPN Ultracentrifuge gives researchers control and options for scalability by allowing for concentrations as high as fifty times of virus from small samples.
