Identification TNF alpha Secreting Monocytes. A peripheral blood sample was stimulated using a DURActive 3 tube and stained with DURAClone IF Monocyte Activation (Part Number C21858) following the protocol in the Instructions For Use (IFU).  The sample was acquired on a CytoFLEX V-B-R Series Flow Cytometer. Data was analyzed using Kaluza Analysis Software. An exemplary gating strategy is shown.
