TCR Vδ1 Antibodies

Vδ1 is a variable segment of the γδ T cell receptor. Vδ1 is rearranged on both Cα and Cδ and is expressed in these two cell types. Vδ1+ γδ+ cells are the major T cell population at birth and are over expressed in intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes. This sequence is also referred to as TRDV1 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).

Clone: R9.12 Isotype: IgG1 Mouse

R9.12 reacts only with γδ+ Vδ1+ cells and not with αβ+ Vδ1+ cells.
