TCR Vβ1 Antibodies

TCR Vβ1 is also called TCRBV1S1 and S2. Vβ1 is the human variable β1 chain of the T cell receptor. It is expressed by approximately 6% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV9 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).

Clone: BL37.2 Isotype: IgG1 Rat

The BL37.2 antibody recognizes both Vβ1.1 and Vβ1.2 allele products (HBVT73 cDNA and 46W/Q cDNA, respectively). None of the other Vβ specific antibodies from the TCR Workshop (San Francisco, CA, 1995) gave significant staining on the sorted cell lines.
