Identification of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Fat Tissue. The sample was prepared by staining stromal vascular fraction from fat tissue with a DURAClone SC Mesenchymal (Part Number C34369) following the protocol in the Instructions For Use (IFU) and acquired on a Navios Flow Cytometer. Data was analyzed using Kaluza Analysis software. An exemplary gating strategy is shown. The mesenchymal phenotype varies with the sample type, e.g., the high CD34 expression and low CD105 expression of the mesenchymal cells shown here is specific to stromal vascular fraction
