Manage your Contacts

The Address Book section helps you manage contacts, send messages or share shopping lists. You can also receive notifications with the latest contact updates, such as an “Add Contact Request”.  Customers will also be able to easily access their Sales or Account representative contact information.  

Send and Receive Messages

The Messages section of My Account lets you view all the messages received and sent through It’s easy to send messages to contacts in your address book and track correspondence for scheduling service or receiving order support. 

Receive Notifications and Updates

My Messages allows you to set preferences to receive customized notices relating to product updates, scientific news, service alerts and exclusive promotions directly in your account.
