Account Security Updates
At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences and Beckman.com, we take your security seriously. That's why there are a number of improvements we are making to our website to enhance your security. Soon we will be including further protection to your account when we add Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
What is 2FA?
2FA adds a second layer of security to your online accounts. Verifying your identity by using a second factor (such as a special code sent to your email or mobile device) prevents everyone but you from logging into your account, even if someone knows your password. In fact, it's likely you are already doing this with your bank or credit card website or app.
Upon entering your username and password on Beckman.com, you will automatically be sent a numerical code to your email address. Once you enter the code from the email onto the website, access to your account will be verified and granted.
What do I need to do?
There is no immediate action required. Users will be notified in advance of 2FA being made available.
However, it will be essential to ensure you have access to the email address associated with your account. Some users may share log in details in lab settings. There may also be some customers that have the same email address connected to multiple usernames/web accounts.
We strongly encourage you to ensure that you have one web account connected to one email address that you can easily access. If needed, you can register for a new account here ›

Some users may share an email address in laboratory settings. If you share an email address with another individual who created the account, please check to see if they know the email address as this is where the code for 2FA will be sent.
If you do have a shared account, or if you still cannot locate the email address associated with your account, we recommend creating your own unique Beckman.com account.
Please click on forgot password from the log in screen.
Once you have created your new account and once your account has been validated, you will be able to see all orders from your customer account/site (bill to / ship to address). You can also view your orders via our quick Order Tracker and use your sales order number, ship to number and your customer number.
