TCR Vβ9 Antibodies

TCR Vβ9 is also called TCRBV9S1. Vβ9 is the human variable β9 chain of the T cell receptor. There is only one functional member of this T cell receptor subfamily (IGRb20 sequence, identical to sequence PL2.6). It is expressed by 1.6% to 3.2% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV3-1 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).
