Beckman Coulter Life Sciences To Invest $9 Million In Loveland, Colorado Creating 85 New High-Paying Jobs In State-Of-The-Art New Building
Ground was broken in the Spring of 2021 on the site in the Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners Axis 25 development at 4510 Byrd Drive. Phase I of the build is on track to be finished in March of 2022 and will be comprised of 56,000 square feet. Phase II allows the company to further expand for additional business needs which could include manufacturing and would bring the building to 95,114 square feet. Phase II is proposed to be completed by mid-2024.
“We have been on a rapid growth journey in Loveland since 2018 when we started with nearly three-dozen employees,” said Greg Milosevich, President of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. “Our strong business needs required us to ramp up quickly last year and we’re proud that despite the economic downturn in 2020, we were able to create more than 60 high-paying jobs in Loveland.”
Beckman Coulter Life Sciences currently employs approximately 130 people in Loveland and anticipates consistent annual workforce growth over the coming years, creating up to 85 new high-paying jobs in fields including science research, engineering, and project management.

As future work environments continue to evolve, the new office setup features several enhancements including collaboration zones, breakout rooms, technology centers, gathering spaces, a gym, and indoor- outdoor hybrid meeting spaces which take advantage of the Colorado climate and scenery.
An innovative Customer Engagement Center will also be included which will allow customers an inside look at the solutions available from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences along with how they are created and can be tailored to meet individual needs.

The existing Beckman Coulter Life Sciences office space at 5600 Lindbergh Drive in Loveland will be vacated in early 2022 and will allow sister company Hach to reclaim 30,000 square feet of space.
