Dendritic Cells
Dendritic cells (DCs) have long been recognized as the most potent antigen-producing cells with the capacity to initiate naive T cell response in vitro and in vivo. During their differentiation and maturation pathways, dendritic cells can efficiently capture, process and present antigens for T cell activation making DCs an attractive choice for cancer vaccines.
Tools, technologies, antibodies and detection methods from Beckman Coulter are helping researchers take a more holistic approach to understanding the immune response and how it plays out in pathogenic disease.
