Also called TCRBV7S2 Vβ7 is a multimembered subfamily  of the T cell receptor. Vβ7.2 is expressed by 0% (Vβ7.2 del./Vβ7.2 del. haplotypes) to 5.5% (mean 1.5%) of peripheral CD3-positive lymphocytes in normal blood.

Specifications

Target Species Human
Specificity TCR Vβ7.2
Other Names TCR VBeta 7.2, TCRBV7S1
Fluorochrome PE
Regulatory Status ASR
Size 1 mL
Format Liquid
Flow Product Line IOTest
Clone ZIZOU4
Isotype IgG2a Mouse
Clone Description The ZIZOU4 antibody recognizes the human TCR VB7.2 allele product. A genetically determined insertion/deletion-related polymorphism of the TCRB locus, including the functional VB7.2 variable gene segment, has been described. Thus, the expression of the VB7.2 allele product may not be expressed in some individuals (VB7.2 deleted/VB7.2 deleted haplotypes).
