Dry Stimulation Mixes for Immune Functional Assays. Interleukin-12 (IL-12) and Interleukin-18 (IL-18) are pro-inflammatory cytokines that synergistically promote cellular immune response in natural killer cells and T cells, inducing the production of interferon γ (IFN-γ) and the differentiation of T helper 1 (TH1) cells. Of note, IL-18 does not induce IFN-γ production in absence of IL-12 or IL-15 but supports the differentiation of T helper 2 (TH2) cells. 

DURActive 4 is a ready-to-use cell activation mixture containing Interleukin-12 (IL-12), Interleukin-18 (IL-18) and the protein transport inhibitor Brefeldin A.
