Join us on July 18 at 4:00 pm CEST / 10:00 am EDT on Channel 4 to hear from our featured speakers as they present HIV Patient Management with Competing Priorities of COVID pandemic in LMIC: Country Program Examples and Current Research for Patient Immune Monitoring.
During this in-depth presentation, we will share how HIV patient management and laboratory medicine have been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in LMIC. The degree of disruptions depends upon the country and program. Many hospitals and clinical laboratories were able meet these challenges head-on and pivot to meet patient and community needs.
Our satellite session will focus on the shifting priorities for hospitals and clinical laboratories in the context of COVID-19 testing, HIV patient management and immune monitoring. That session will feature 3 speakers who treat HIV patients in LMIC as well as develop and implement diagnostic testing.
