The MET ONE 3415 is designed specifically for semiconductor cleanroom monitoring, process benchmarking and particle troubleshooting applications. With industry-leading ISO 21501 accuracy and reproducibility, the MET ONE 3415 is the cleanest 0.1 um portable air particle counter compared to equivalent models. Unlike many particle counters, the 3415 fan remains off when operating in a standard semiconductor cleanroom environment, virtually eliminating particle generation. The 3415 has a flow rate of 28.32 L/Min, 1 ft3/min. The updated particle size channel is 0.5 µM- 10 µM at 1 CFM.
