We provide a world-class customer support team to guide you from consultation in choosing products and services, through installation, to training and support -- all to help you end up with a successful solution-based package.

To ensure your continued success, we have an intelligent and customer-focused team of qualified specialists available in our Call Center. The Call Center consists of two groups: the Technical Support Engineers, who can identify, isolate, and resolve most technical issues. If the problem can't be resolved, a case is generated and sent to the Call Handling Specialists (CHS). The CHS will immediately dispatch your call to the appropriate Field Engineer within your area. To take advantage of our efficient call handling processes, provide your unique System Identification Number.

Beckman Coulter support is also available on-line. This offers 24-hour access to our Call Center and expedites your request of support needs.
