Labware Definition for the 23mm Spacer Collar for Biomek® FX (P/N 719754)

Biomek® FX software version: 2.0 or higher.

Import file: 23mmSpacerCollarBiomekFX.imp

To install the labware definitions for the spacer collar on the Biomek® FX:

• Download the import file.
• Double click the file to open the Import/Export Utility.
• Click on the ‘+’ sign next to the Labware folder in the Import File window.
• Drag and drop the CollarSpacer_23mm to the Workspace window.
• The labware is now installed in your Labware Type Editor.

Similarly, from the Biomek® FX software follow the steps below for importing labware:

• In the Biomek® FX software under the Tools menu choose Import/Export Utility.
• Select Open.
• Select the directory where the import file (.imp) is located and choose Open.
• Open the Labware folder by clicking the + next to it on the Import File side.
• Drag and drop the desired setting(s) to the Current Workspace side of the Import/Export Utility. (Note: Dragging an entire folder will copy all of the settings in that folder. You will then have the opportunity of overwriting or not overwriting each individual setting.)
• Continue to import settings using the above steps until all desired settings are imported.
