To install the Peptide Purification methods on the Biomek 2000:

  • Download the self-extracting file containing the method.
  • Double click the file to extract.
  • Chose a directory to copy the files.
  • Open the BioWorks Edit software.
  • Under the Method menu chose Import.
  • Click on Browse and navigate to the directory where the extracted files are located.
  • Select the appropriate file that appears in the Method window and click Open.
  • To open the method, go to the Method menu and click Open.
  • Select the method to open and click Ok.
