Storage Conditions: Store all MagneHis* Protein Purification System components at 4°C. Do not freeze the MagneHis* Ni-Particles. The DNase I (lyophilized) may be stored at room temperature. Upon resuspension in water, store the DNase I in aliquots at –20°C. For convenience, the resupended DNase I may be stored at 4°C for up to one week. FastBreak* Cell Lysis Reagent may form a precipitate at low temperature. If this occurs, warm the reagent to room temperature before use.
