General automation guidelines are provided for adaptation to other liquid
handling platforms. For troubleshooting chemistry issues please refer
to the Wizard*
SV 96PCR Clean-Up System Technical Bulletin #TB311.
The Wizard* SV 96 PCR Clean-Up System is compatible with PCR products
generated using a variety of amplification enzymes, buffers or additives.
Mineral oil does not interfere with purification.
