Backed by technical training that includes both onsite and offsite options, and post-maintenance support and troubleshooting, REMISOL Advance improves the sample workflow by communicating between the instruments, automation system and the Laboratory Information System (LIS), enabling clinical labs to consolidate test information from various instrument systems and manage the data according to the lab’s workflow in real time. It provides a dashboard view of all patient samples into one easy-to-view screen. The single-screen view automatically displays STAT samples, minimizing processing delays and speeding delivery of critical sample results to clinicians. More importantly, the software will alert the user of critical or life-threatening results with instructions on the next steps for the user to take. It takes the user only one click to get more detailed information about the sample or result in question.
To optimize the performance of REMISOL Advance, Beckman Coulter is offering dedicated data management training and technical support program with it. Customers can opt to attend training on the system at the company’s Brea, California (USA) location or have a tailored training program brought into the lab.
REMISOL Advance can link to Beckman Coulter’s full line of clinical systems, including the COULTER® LH 700 series and COULTER LH 500 hematology analyzers, SYNCHRON® and UniCel® analyzers, Access® family of immunoassay systems, the Array® 360CE system, the Paragon CZE® 2000 clinical capillary electrophoresis system, IMMAGE® immunochemistry systems and the Power Processor automation system. A single REMISOL Advance unit can link several Beckman Coulter systems. By networking additional REMISOL Advance units, laboratories can connect even more instruments.
Additionally, REMISOL Advance offers optional modules such as Command Central for instrument management and the Extended Quality Control software module for managing quality control material and monitoring system operation using statistical information.
