New Order Tracking Application Helps Beckman Coulter Customers

Beckman Coulter recently released a new web-based order tracking application that enables customers to easily track the shipment status of orders without needing to call a Customer Service Representative. The system provides real-time order tracking information for all product lines and for most countries.

The application can be accessed from the Beckman Coulter website by clicking on "Order Status/Tracking" on the "Customer Support" pull-down menu, or by entering www.beckmancoulter.com/track in your web browser's address bar.

Simply provide a Sales Order Number and your Customer Account Number to check quantities ordered versus quantities already shipped, see the status and the method of shipment and even view the exact location of your shipment en route via links to carriers’ websites.
