The CEQ™ 8800 Genetic Analysis software and chemistries allow simultaneous analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms at multiple sites of template (or different templates). The primers are extended with specific WellRED dye terminators complementary to the templates. The SNP loci are simultaneously scored through automated sizing and allele identification. Additionally, SNP Genotypes can be exported for linkage/association analysis. The analyzed SNP genotypes are summarized and reported with a high degree of accuracy in fragment lists and automated SNP locus tag assignments.
