Customized Reagents Simplify Setup And System Verification

Flow-Check™ Fluorospheres validate the system's optical alignment and checks for optimum fluidic stability.
Flow-Set™ Fluorospheres provide fully automated adjustment of all parameters -- FS, SS, FL1, FL2, FL3 and FL4.
CYTO-COMP Cell Kit and CYTO-COMP Reagent Kit eliminate the tedium of fluorescence compensation with the first and only fully automated reagent/software system for 4-color compensation.
COULTER CYTO-TROL Control Cells Kit -- the first human lymphocyte control -- makes system verification complete. CYTO-TROL cells assess monoclonal antibody reactivity and monitor instrument performance for 1,2,3 and 4-color analysis.

Streamlined Management From Worklist Creation To Results Reporting

New SYSTEM II Software provides tremendous flexibility for a variety of Worklist options. The Worklist enables system operators to define sample order and enter demographics -- including specimen identification, name, tube identification assignment and panel selections. Positive specimen identification is accomplished through individual barcode labels generated directly from the Worklist via the optional barcode printer. The XL accepts all the popular barcode formats: Code 128, Code 39® Interleaved 2 of 5 and Codabar.

SYSTEM II Software For Innovative Features In Data Acquisition And Analysis

SYSTEM II Software includes many new features designed to enhance advanced applications. All data is acquired in 1024 channel resolution and dual parameter histograms can be displayed in 256 x 256 channels. The XL can acquire and display up to eight histograms simultaneously. The Play List feature provides instant replay of data for increased flexibility in gating and analysis during acquisition.

The Listgate feature can be used to reduce unwanted data, especially in rare event applications.

SYSTEM II Software's Listmode application provides rapid analysis for single files or complete panels.

Two of SYSTEM II Software's most innovative features are Fast Set and Fast Comp. These allow the user to move a population directly by the "click and drag" function. The software then automatically adjusts voltage and compensation levels accordingly.
