Biomek® NX 13 mm Septa Piercing Kit
The Septa Piercing Kit includes the septa piercing 13mm tube rack (P/N 987875) plus the specially
designed rack holders that attach to the tube rack to hold the tube in place during septa
piercing probe extraction. This rack accomodates the vacutainer 2-3 mL type tubes.
Note when using the septa piercing capability you MUST use a rack with the holder.
Additional racks are sold individually for additional storage.
The rack holder is interchangeable between other 13 mm tube racks of same part number.

This rack is specially designed to hold tubes in place during a septa piercing motion.
Each rack has spring positioners which securely position the tubes in the rack and
do not allow tubes to move. This rack accomodates the vacutainer 2-3 mL vacutainer type tubes.
