The GenomeLab™ GeXP utilizes quantitative PCR for quantitative gene expression. Automating and extending traditional DNA electrophoresis methods, the CEQ™ 8000 Series Genetic Analysis System can routinely perform the following applications: Allele Identification, Short Tandem Repeat (STR) Analysis, Mutation Analysis, SNP Scoring, Microsatellite Instability, AFLP® Fingerprinting, Gene Expression, De Novo DNA Sequencing, Heterozygote Detection and Confirmatory Sequencing. The GenomeLab SNPstream® Genotyping System provides an automated scalable system capable of performing from 4,600 to over 3,000,000 SNP genotypes per day.
