Once nucleic acids of interest are identified, they must
be enriched and purified for detection. Beckman Coulter's
leadership in automated liquid handling tools enables us to
automate a wide range of plasmid preparation and genomic DNA
chemistries. Our Agencourt® chemistries provide a wide
range of solutions using SPRI® technology. Our centrifuge
solutions for DNA isolation include the Optima™ L-XP ultracentrifuge
for the separation of subcellular fractions and the Allegra®
25R benchtop centrifuge, accommodating microplates and a range
of tube volumes used with many widely-used chemistries. Our
System Gold® HPLC instruments are widely used for nucleic
acid separations.
