UltraFAST Cleavage and Deprotection Reagent
|
|
Provides cleavage within five minutes at room temperature and deprotection within five minutes
at 65°C. UltraFAST AMA (Ammonia and Methylamine) is packaged in a bottle compatible with
ABI DNA synthesizers equipped with the Automatic Cleavage Accessory. One mL per oligo-
nucleotide is required for on-line cleavage and off-line deprotection. Off-line cleavage and
deprotection requires 0.5 mL for 200 nmol and 1 mL for 1000 nmol. Vials are specially adapted with
O-rings compatible with AMA and elevated temperatures.
