The P/ACE™ MDQ Methods Development Kit is designed to give a starting point for the development of a capillary zone electrophoresis analysis of complex proteins, pharmaceuticals, or basic analytes. This kit includes both neutral (polyacrylamide-based) and amine coated capillaries. Benzyl alcohol is included as a neutral EOF marker while histamine is used as a reference marker for the neutral capillary.
