The Checklist is a copyrighted work of the College of American Pathologists. © 2001 College of American Pathologists. It is included in this software with the permission of the College. The College hereby expressly disclaims any liability to the user arising out of inclusion of the Checklist in the Software.
2. Although updates are provided to licensed users, always check with the corresponding accrediting organization to determine the latest release date of inspection requirements. Quality Mapping Solutions and Beckman Coulter do not guarantee or warrant that the user will pass inspections by using Quality Link* and Lab Accelerator.
