Overview
The Beckman Coulter Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an exciting 12 month developmental opportunity that prepares recent college graduates to successfully become a valued member of the dynamic Beckman Coulter field sales team.
The CLP consists of several office and field based rotational assignments that provide recent college graduates the opportunity to gain a broad perspective of core business functions. Areas of training include: sales development, product training, negotiation and presentation skills. As part of the Commercial Leadership Program, individuals will be exposed to many areas of the business, including sales management, marketing, finance, client services and product development.
Upon successful completion of the program, CLP incumbents will be transitioned into full-time field sales assignments. Candidates must be open to geographic relocation.
QualificationsBachelors Degree required with preferences in the following disciplines:

Life Sciences
Liberal Arts
Geographically mobile and able to travel Desire to learn and develop as a sales professional
Ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills

Competitive compensation offered during both CLP and upon completion of the program. Housing and transportation will be provided during each rotational assignment.
