Q. What is a System ID and how can I get one?
A. System ID is a unique identification number used by our customer support representatives and technicians to identify
your lab equipment. Most of our Customer Support representatives ask customers for their system ID as part our standard
maintenance and service requests. Contact us for a system ID.
Q. Which web browser should I use to view your site?
A. We recommend you use Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher, or Netscape Communicator 4.78 or higher. If you have
a previous version of one of these browsers, you can download a free copy of the latest version at Netscape's or Microsoft's Web
