  • Fixed CAP on Maximum Cost guards against catastrophic failure expense.
  • Preventative Maintenance increases instrument reliability, minimizes downtime and assures performance to published specifications. The recommended preventative maintenance is scheduled (specific quantity indicated on the quotation) or ongoing (performed on each service visit) based on your instrument type.
  • Factory Authorized Product Updates and Modifications Installed at no additional charge or at discounted rates (depending on modification type) for improved product performance and reliability.
  • Factory-Trained and Authorized Service Engineers
    Continual upgrading and certification of engineers in latest instrument technology. Beckman Coulter engineers specialize in Beckman Coulter systems.
  • Extensive Parts Inventory
    Beckman Coulter engineers carry most commonly used parts for one-stop repairs. A national distribution system provides prompt delivery of low usage parts. All factory rebuilt parts are decontaminated as an additional safety factor.
  • Technical and Applications Support
    Technical assistance, phone support through our Technical Call Center and in-lab assistance on operational or control recovery problems from our staff of Applications Specialists.
  • Free Maintenance when combined with a Beckman Coulter Reagent Agreement.
  • Timely Service Delivery
    Since a purchase order must be issued for all services up to the maximum billable amount, there are no delays for purchase order authorizations.
